IEEE PIMRC'16 REGISTRATION POLICY
All registration for PIMRC 2016 should be made through the online UPV registration site. Please read all of the instructions below before proceeding with your registration.

AUTHORS REGISTRATION POLICY
Authors must register before July 3rd July 6th, 2016 and use their EDAS registration code (e.g., 1570268085, 1570268456, 1570268835), available in the acceptant confirmation letter sent by e-mail, to submit their final Camera Ready paper.
At least one non-refundable full or limited registration must be attached to an accepted paper.
In case of multiple accepted papers by one author, one full or limited registration will cover up to three papers, with an additional cost of 200 € for the second and 200 € for the third paper.
For authors with four or more accepted papers, extra full or limited registration is required.
A registration must be made for each author/co-author wishing to attend IEEE PIMRC.
Accepted and presented papers at PIMRC 2016 SIMPOSIUM will be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2016 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
PAYMENTS
Payments are done online by credit card or by wire transfer. Instructions are provided during the registration process. After payment, a receipt of payment will be sent by email.
Once registered, the invoice can be request from the register web or by email at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Authors’ registration cannot be cancelled after 3rd July.
- Cancellations up to 1st August will be refunded 100%, except 20 € of administrative fee.
- Cancellations up to 22nd August will be refunded 50%.
- No cancellation refund after 22nd August.

You are required to login at the Continue Education Learning of the UPV. Please follow the instructions and get the password and to make the registration and payment.
